- Please make a simple description for the problem for your machine .
- Please take photos for the “nameplate “and “defective parts” ( such as PCB board, heating element), it will help our service staff to distinguish the problems promptly
Warranty
- 12 months warranty for Jeken ultrasonic cleaner.
- If any faulty problem during warranty time, replacement part will be provided with free of charge, only buyer need to bear the freight
- Technical support is also available in whole lifetime
